Designing & Product Development

Our sampling room is dedicated to ensureprofessional and precise sample making. A dedicatedteam of seasoned Masters for pattern making,grading on Tukatech CAD system, 40 Juki lockstitchmachines, hand embroidery and artwork, embroiderymachines, all manned by competent operators toensure creation of a world class sample. We churn out close to 500 samples every month.

Order Management

Our design, PD and order management (this entails everything from Fits, Fabric & Accessory management to Production planning and delivery management) is controlled by an in house ERP system, which controls and guides this flow of orders. Every department connects to the same system in their capacity and is well versed with their roles and timelines to ensure delivery on time and quality for our esteemed clients. This process is quite seamless and our long-term customers appreciate this. The people managing these roles and our supply partners ensure that through their years of experience in the industry we provide the best in service.

Fabric and Accessories

Our fabric store spread over an area of more than30,000 sq. ft., houses thousands of meters ofgreige, dyed and printed fabric, has several back-littables for checking, verivide light boxes for colormatching.We have an in-house fullyequipped laboratory for conductingextensive tests and a 4 point system of checking all in house fabric.

We specialize in most kinds of fabrics ranging from Cottons and Viscose (which are easily available for export houses based in NCR), Polyester (we have an extensive sourcing setup in Gujrat) to Jersey and their blends. We source expansively from India and China.

Production

Boutique is equipped with morethan 1,600 single needle lock stitchmachines and other computeroperated machines, and supporting3-4-5 thread over-lockmachines. Our team consists ofhighly skilled, creative, hardworkingand dynamic professionals who arein a constant endeavor to cater theclients with exceptional qualityproducts. A vigorous garment,accessory & embellishment testingis also preformed to deliver qualityproducts. All these machines aremanned by able and trainedoperators, and are able to churn outmore than 20,000 garments per day. The production team is backed by a team of Industrial Engineers which is a part of our technical department which is responsible for working out best possible ways of manufacturing a style in the most economical and quality conscious technique.

Delivery

With the help of our delivery partners we deliver on time in the fastest & cheapest possible manner through various modes of delivery ranging from Ex-Factory, Ex India, CIF to Landed delivery into the customer’s warehouse.
